- ASIAN BOWL: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp hoisin, 1 tsp sesame oil, green onions
👩🍳 Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef in one layer — do not stir. Let sear undisturbed 2–3 minutes until a brown crust forms. Break up and cook until no pink remains.
Drain excess fat if needed. Push beef to one side. Add onion and cook 3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add diced tomatoes, Worcestershire, paprika, cumin, and chilli flakes. Stir everything together. Simmer 5–8 minutes until sauce thickens. Season generously.
FOR TACO SKILLET: Add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Cook 3 minutes. Top with cheese until melted. Serve in tortillas or bowls.
FOR ASIAN NOODLE BOWL: Replace tomatoes with soy sauce, hoisin, and sesame oil. Add cooked noodles and toss. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides — rice, crusty bread, pasta, or lettuce cups for low carb.
