  • ASIAN BOWL: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp hoisin, 1 tsp sesame oil, green onions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef in one layer — do not stir. Let sear undisturbed 2–3 minutes until a brown crust forms. Break up and cook until no pink remains.
