  • 1 cup brown rice (dry)
  • 1 cup edamame (shelled)
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • Sesame seeds and spring onions to garnish
