We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.

- Paid digital products — ebooks, templates, meal plans, printables

- Free tools — calorie calculators, recipe tools (no purchase required)
The majority of our content and tools are provided completely free of charge. This policy primarily applies to any paid digital products we may offer.
2. No Refund Policy — Digital Products
This policy exists because digital products are:
- Delivered instantly upon purchase
- Accessible and downloadable immediately
- Impossible to “return” once downloaded or accessed
- Not subject to physical deterioration or shipping damage

- Change of mind after purchase
- Product already downloaded
- Product already accessed or opened
- Failure to read the product description
- Technical issues on your own device
- Purchased by mistake
- Duplicate purchase (contact us instead)
✅ We Will Review Case-By-Case
- Product file is corrupted and unreadable
- Product was never delivered due to a technical error on our side
- Product is materially different from what was described
- Duplicate charge for the same order

3. Free Downloads & Resources
Our free digital resources — including our 7-Day Meal Planner, recipe guides, and templates — are provided at no cost. As no payment is involved, no refund policy applies to these resources.

- Permanently revoke your access to any purchased products
